These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of influencers.asia and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for, access, or use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are registering on behalf of a company, brand, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account types and responsibilities

The Platform supports creator, brand, and agency accounts (where enabled). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and onboarding, and to keep your profile and billing details up to date.

3. Marketplace services

The Platform helps brands discover creators, request quotes, place orders, manage campaigns (where enabled), exchange messages, submit deliverables, and complete payments through our escrow and payout systems.

We do not guarantee bookings, earnings, creator availability, campaign outcomes, or specific business results. Creators and brands contract directly through the Platform workflow, subject to order terms, package details, and applicable policies.

4. Payments, escrow, and fees

Orders may be paid by card or other supported payment methods through our payment partners. Funds may be held in escrow until deliverables are approved or disputes are resolved.

Creators, brands, and agencies may be subject to marketplace commissions, subscription fees, referral rewards, taxes, withholding, refunds, chargebacks, and payout processing rules disclosed on the Platform or in order documentation.

Withdrawal requests require valid payout and beneficiary information. We may delay, review, or reject payouts to comply with law, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.

5. Content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a limited license to host, display, transmit, and process it as needed to operate the Platform.

You may not use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take moderation action when we believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

6. Reviews, disputes, and support

Orders may include reviews, revision requests, deadline extensions, and dispute processes. You agree to participate in good faith and provide accurate information when raising or responding to support tickets, reports, or disputes.

7. Referrals, favorites, and communications

Optional features such as referrals, favorites, notifications, and in-platform messaging are provided subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the messages and materials you send through the Platform.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or if required by law or payment partners.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations for completed or in-progress orders, outstanding balances, disputes, or legal duties that accrued before termination.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, influencers.asia and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
